Potato wedges

Procedure

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut each potato into eighths lengthwise, and place them in the bowl. Pour some oil on them, and sprinkle with salt, seasoned salt and a dusting of pepper. Toss them around with your hands (this really works best to evenly coat them and rub the seasonings in) and lay them on the pan. If there's any of the oily mixture left in the bowl, drizzle that over them, and sprinkle a bit more salt, seasoned salt and pepper on them.

Bake them for 15 minutes, then take out the pan and flip them over. Apply some more salt, seasoned salt and pepper to their freshly exposed surfaces, and put them back in for another 15 minutes. Pry them off and serve.

Potato wedge dip

Mix a spoonful of spicy brown mustard, a squirt of horseradish sauce, a dab of honey and a sprinkling of seasoned salt into a small dish of mayonnaise until the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
