Tenebrae Vision has been a supermod on ABS for nearly two years. In that time, she's kept the impartiality of her moderating decisions to a minimum, and never banned people, no matter how annoying, just because she didn't like them. The fact that she's been able to put up with ABS for this long speaks volumes. So why would she quit now?
Well, having sex with another moderator is probably a bad idea. Letting your husband find out is a worse one.

Some of you can't seem to remember certain events that occurred around this time last year. I'll refer to the first one as Event A, and the second as Event B.
Event A occurred on March 12, 2005. The server hosting the ABS Forums either crashed or was compromised, nobody really clarified this. Everything on it was lost, and AB didn't have a current backup of the database. He reinstalled Invision and some of us reregistered before he closed it to put everything back the way it should be. I went to sleep and woke up to the seemingly eternal fun of March 13! Only half the forums were there, the trash can was missing, I didn't even have admin access and the only other mod was Cubehead. People were freaking out about their postcounts and wouldn't listen when we told them to stop making threads, and worst of all, my Milk Chan avatar didn't fit anymore. After a few hours, AB came online and I got admin access back and put the forums into a usable state. This day was not fun for anybody. There was a rumor that YewnEEK was involved, but it was untrue, mainly because it was started by idiots.
Secret post-crash discussion channel log. What the fuck was DrShmoo doing in there?
Event B occurred on April 2, 2005. It was supposed to be on April 1 but Zeshin was busy fucking some slut (he never showed up anyway). SOME PEOPLE and I planned it for several months beforehand, but the general discontent with the Dumb Philosopher forum was a good enough reason to put it into action. I emptied and deleted DP, ScareCrowMan deleted every thread in Arts & Media even though nobody told him to, and I posted this announcement. Most of the 20+ moderators were removed after these events. This is what you should be blaming me for.
In summary, TTTooommm and most of ABS are completely retarded. Post all your stupid internet forum memories here!
Meet Dr. Reginald Finger.

"Hi, I'm Dr. Reginald Finger."
Yes, that's his real name! Dr. Finger is a member of the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. The CDC has two primary goals:
- Health promotion and prevention of disease, injury, and disability: All people, especially those at higher risk due to health disparities, will achieve their optimal lifespan with the best possible quality of health in every stage of life.
- Preparedness: People in all communities will be protected from infectious, occupational, environmental, and terrorist threats.
Dr. Finger doesn't agree with this, though. He's not very happy about the possibility of a vaccine for human papillomavirus (HPV), a common sexually transmitted disease which can cause warts and cervical cancer.
"Some people have raised the issue of whether this vaccine may be sending an overall message to teen-agers that, 'We expect you to be sexually active,' " said Reginald Finger, a doctor trained in public health who served as a medical analyst for Focus on the Family before being appointed to the ACIP in 2003.
That's an interesting point, Dr. Finger. Kind of like how motorcycle helmet laws send the message "We expect you to be a god-awful driver", right?

"So what? It's not like I have a cervix."
That's not the only vaccine Dr. Finger has doubts about, though. He's also hesitant about a vaccine for HIV, which has resulted in the deaths of over 25 million people since its discovery in 1983.
"We would have to look at that closely. With any vaccine for HIV, disinhibition [a medical term for the absence of fear] would certainly be a factor, and it is something we will have to pay attention to with a great deal of care."
Fear is a great way of managing the spread of deadly diseases. If everyone was afraid of being near each other, we wouldn't have to worry about the flu, smallpox, Ebola, anything! Flawless plan, Dr. Finger.

"Thanks."
It's so reassuring to know that there's someone working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention who opposes controlling and preventing diseases. Who would have thought you could be against a fucking CANCER VACCINE? Obviously people should be willing to face the possibility of a slow, painful death if they contract a preventable disease. Thanks for your concern for the public welfare, Dr. Finger. I really appreciate it.
